Amaryllo ENC values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Terms page explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use ENC, including the mobile and tablet applications, web access, and associated software services (“Services”).

By using ENC, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Terms page.

We may collect the following types of information when you use ENC:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and any other information you provide when registering or purchasing a Service Plan.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, network connectivity, device location (if enabled), and other technical details.
• Usage Information: How you interact with ENC, including session length, features used, files encrypted, or errors encountered.
• Payment Information: If you purchase a Service Plan, we may collect your payment details via our secure payment processor.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve ENC and its features.
• Process payments and manage Service Plans.
• Send account-related notifications, updates, and marketing messages (if you consent).
• Diagnose technical issues and improve software performance.
• Protect the security and integrity of ENC services.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: For processing payments, hosting, or software maintenance.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect Amaryllo’s legal rights.

All third parties are required to use your information only for the purposes described above and to maintain confidentiality.

We retain your data as long as your ENC account is active. Free or trial accounts that remain inactive for 6 months may be permanently deleted along with all encrypted content.

• Request deletion of your account and associated content.
• Opt out of promotional communications.

We may update these Privacy Terms occasionally. Continued use of ENC constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Some files you encrypt or manage using ENC may be stored on HP Cloud servers. These files are subject to HP’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For details on HP Cloud’s terms, practices, and data handling, please refer to:

By using ENC with cloud storage, you acknowledge and agree that your files stored in the cloud are governed by HP Cloud’s policies in addition to Amaryllo ENC’s privacy practices.

Your information and encrypted files are stored in secure data centers operated by Amaryllo or its service providers. These data centers may be located in multiple countries to provide reliable service and redundancy. Some of your files may also be stored on HP Cloud servers. Files stored on HP Cloud are subject to HP’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using ENC, you acknowledge that your data may be stored and processed outside your country of residence, in accordance with applicable laws and these Privacy Terms.
